415. So much to do at home

Why send missionaries overseas 

when there is so much to do here?

There certainly is a lot to do here in our own country. But if you go to these other cultures, you’ll find there may not be one person who really knows the gospel message. They may not have heard of Jesus, or may have a distorted view of Him. They need people to visit them and share the message. In comparison to what we have, these people have nothing.

Then there is another, much more compelling reason. Jesus said, “Go.” So we go.
